The 100-seat rooftop pairs Mediterranean-inspired share plates such as wings, prawn handhelds and smoky butter corn ribs with a drinks list led by eight signature cocktails, including Charlie’s martini, a Cherry-Ripe espresso martini and chilli-guava margarita.
