Enzo’s Cucina Carrara

Enzo’s Cucina has brought its Australian Italian flair to Carrara, marking the fourth Gold Coast venue and eighteenth across Australia for chef and founder Enzo Marturano. Blending his Southern Italian heritage with the flavours Australians love, the familiar menu features hand-rolled gnocchi and creamy carbonara alongside inventive specials like the arancini bomba and dishes elevated by a house-made master stock. The space seats 160 diners indoors and out, with rustic styling and the rare convenience of plentiful parking.

More than a place to eat, Enzo’s Carrara offers a sense of theatre and community, with plans for pizza-making classes, three-cheese wheel pasta nights and tableside pesto prepared in a custom marble mortar. A growing Scotch wall, complete with personalised glasses for regulars, adds to the venue’s warmth and individuality.
