Estate No. 6

Estate No. 6 is a specialty coffee spot at the base of Cascade in Robina from the team behind Good Day Specialty Coffee in Tugun and Willy’s Beans founder Jayson Mathiou. Coffee is the main event, with single-estate Colombian beans sourced directly from a family-run farm and roasted locally by Willy’s Beans in Burleigh Heads. Alongside espresso, coffee lovers can explore rotating single origins brewed through the xBloom and V60, cold brew, batch brew, iced batch and playful cold-foam creations. The all-day food offering keeps things simple with a focus on quality ingredients, spanning bacon-and-egg rolls, smoked ham and gruyere toasties, seasonal salads and house-made baked goods. Dinner service and special events are also planned for later in 2026.
