Bondi-born salad bar Fishbowl has landed in Nobby Beach, serving up its signature Japanese-inspired salad bowls in a fresh, light-filled new space at 2215 Gold Coast Highway. Co-founders Casper Ettelson, Nathan and Nic have designed the restaurant to reflect the area’s coastal energy, complete with custom furniture, stone counters and original artwork by artist Ozzie Wright.
The menu features Fishbowl favourites like The O.G. with salmon sashimi, avocado and seaweed salad, along with build-your-own bowls layered with fresh proteins, seasonal vegetables and house-made dressings. Open seven days a week for lunch and dinner, Fishbowl Nobby Beach is the perfect stop for a nourishing post-surf bite, a casual dinner or a quick pick-up on the go.
