House of Hälsa is a Scandi-inspired wellness cafe in Mermaid Beach from Coco Loberg (of The Raspberry Room tattoo studio) and partner Gareth Fletcher. Since opening in January, the terracotta-toned space has become known for its maroon sunken lounge, viral smoothies and fresh-to-order wellness drinks packed with ingredients like sea moss, collagen and adaptogens. Following an expansion into the neighbouring tenancy, the cafe has now launched an all-day food menu inspired by Coco’s half-Swedish upbringing and global influences. Expect loaded bagels, fresh produce-driven salads, burrata plates and the signature Stockholm Plate featuring parmesan, boiled egg, butter, jam and rye toast. There are also plans underway for a laneway activation and takeaway window inspired by Florence’s historic wine windows.
