The vibrant venue blends earthy desert tones, live cacti and an open-air energy, creating the perfect backdrop for an agave-forward cocktail list crafted by bar manager Cameron Coull. Sip smoky mezcal creations, bright margarita riffs or build your own marg with adventurous salt rims (yes, even worm or grasshopper). In the kitchen, chefs Andrew Fraser and Rodrigo Baraona turn out flavour-packed share plates – think charred corn ribs, tequila-glazed chorizo, birria brisket tacos and tiger prawns al carbon.
