Broadbeach dining icon Mamasan has reopened with a bold new look and menu to celebrate its 10-year milestone. Reimagined by Space Cubed Design Studio and realised by Zero9 Constructions, the refreshed space blends moody sophistication with luxe finishes, plus a 10-seat private dining room, a larger 40-guest space and an alfresco deck. Executive chef Sebastian Tan (formerly of Hakkasan Muscat, Silks at Crown Sydney and JINJA) leads the kitchen, serving a menu that balances signature favourites – spanner-crab dumplings, lamb ribs, pork bao and Korean fried chicken – with bold newcomers like yellowfin-tuna tacos, Hong Kong-style Typhoon Shelter lobster and tea-smoked wagyu ribs. With an expanded bar offering sake, wine, cocktails and spirits, Mamasan’s next chapter promises elevated dining with the same intimate, welcoming energy that made it a Gold Coast favourite.
