From the team behind Xenia Grill comes Meltemi Mediterrania, a stunning new Broadbeach restaurant celebrating the flavours, culture and connection of the Mediterranean. Led by hatted chef Tapos Singha (ex-Miss Moneypenny’s, est, Gowings Bar & Grill), the 120-seat dining destination brings together dishes from Greece, Spain, Morocco, Sardinia, Lebanon and beyond, all designed to share. Expect rotisserie lamb and lobster grilled over traditional Cypriot spits, vibrant crudos, dips, breads and mezze bursting with coastal flavour, and refined plates inspired by the Aegean. A Mediterranean-infused drinks list completes the experience, with signature cocktails like the rosemary negroni and Nick the Greek, and a thoughtfully curated wine selection.
