Coming soon to Pacific Fair, Paddock Bakery is bringing its cult-favourite pastries, wood-fired sourdough and specialty coffee to a brand-new 30-seat space behind H&M. Alongside the signatures fans know and love, the new outpost will debut an exclusive Build-Your-Own Cold Foam Bar, with customisable iced drinks topped with dessert-inspired cold foams. Expect fresh pastries baked on site daily, Coffee Supreme brews, ceremonial matcha, sandwiches, salads and plenty of reasons to make a detour while shopping.
