Pause Button Cafe is a colourful new all-day brunch spot in Coomera from husband-and-wife duo Sennie Tee and Stanley Lam, the team behind Humble Cafe in Southport. The pastel-toned space pairs lilac and butter-yellow interiors with a playful menu that blends classic brunch staples and Asian-inspired flavours. Expect dishes like octopus ‘nduja scramble, spicy honey chicken waffles, baked-eggs shakshuka and wagyu burgers with kimchi slaw, alongside cocktail-inspired coffees, vibrant matchas and signature drinks like the Pina Co-Brew and Violet Po-taro Matcha. The cafe also pours Allpress coffee, smoothies, milkshakes and simple brunch cocktails, with walk-ins welcome daily from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm.
