Hidden behind an unassuming takeaway window in Palm Beach, Rice N Rhymes is a hidden bar serving up hip hop-inspired arancini, natural wines and serious nostalgic vibes. Created by chef Joel Bryant (ex-Cucina Vivo and Mare at Marina Mirage), the concept brings together his love of food, music and personality in one unforgettable experience. Expect a menu of rapper-themed risotto balls (think Travis Scott, Post Malone and Nicki Minaj), a curated drinks list featuring organic wines, and a fit-out packed with retro music memorabilia, from vinyl floors to CD-case menus. It’s a short-term pop-up with big flavour, great beats and a whole lot of attitude.
