The tight menu centres on just eight sandwiches – think chicken schnitzel, house-made meatballs and hot honey salami with pistachio – all stacked into focaccia baked fresh daily by Pixel. Set within the new Coomera Collective, the space is designed for easy, casual dining with outdoor seating, house-made sodas and a playful, confident edge.
