Sylv’s Italian is a neighbourhood restaurant and bar from Gold Coast hospitality duo Mitch and Nerissa McCluskey. Taking over the former That’s Amore site in Miami, the warm, 70s-inspired space serves woodfired pizzas made with long-fermented dough, fresh pasta and Italian-inspired antipasti. Head chef Lauren Kinne’s menu features dishes such as vodka pasta concertina with gochujang and Parmigiano, lemon prawn pizza and woodfired focaccia with whipped bottarga. An extensive Italian and Australian wine list, classic cocktails and spritzes complete the offering.
