    The Daily is a neighbourhood wellness space and cafe on Palm Beach’s Sixth Avenue, bringing hot and cold plunge pools, traditional and infrared saunas, steam and remedial massage together under one roof. Created by locals Stephanie Mathers and Jim Royes, the warm, earthy space offers 60-minute communal bathhouse sessions, private infrared sauna bookings and a relaxed atmosphere. The adjoining cafe, The Daily Drop, serves That’s Whyld Coffee, jaffles, avocado toast and sweet treats, making it just as appealing for a morning coffee as a post-sauna wind-down.
