Uni’s Bakehouse

Newly opened on Orchid Avenue, Uni’s Bakehouse is the pastel-hued project from Winnie and Nelson Ng, the duo behind Southport’s Blendlove. The bakery specialises in vegan and predominantly gluten-free treats – think brownies, banana bread and cookies in flavours like caramel popcorn, pistachio Dubai chocolate and Oreo cream. Savoury options include house-made focaccia and vegan croissants, while drinks span organic BUN coffee, Biscoff lattes, black-sesame lattes and strawberry matcha. With its sunny yellow-and-blue fit-out and a community-first ethos, Uni’s brings a fresh new flavour to the Surfers Paradise cafe scene.
