Vector Coffee has been a local favourite in Southport since 2019, before undergoing a major expansion in 2026, gaining a slick new kitchen, delicious menu and room for around 60 coffee lovers. The menu spans breakfast favourites like the Chilli Scramble and Avo & Hash, alongside stacked sandwiches served on house-baked ciabatta – think Vodka Chicken Parm, Mortadeli and slow-cooked Beef Dip with au jus. Coffee remains at the heart of Vector, with rotating guest roasters and single-origin brews joined by specialty sips like the Choc Espresso Cloud and Yuzu Cold Brew Spritz.
