Village Char and Bar

Village Char and Bar brings a fresh chapter to The Oxley in Nobby Beach, taking over the former Mr Spiros Handmade Yiros space. Helmed by hospitality veteran Subash Prasai, the relaxed Greek-inspired eatery combines familiar favourites with a broader offering of juicy smash burgers, fresh fish and chips, 13-hour slow-cooked lamb ribs and generous chargrilled meat and seafood platters. With beer, wine and a cocktail menu in the works, Village Char and Bar is designed for everything from casual takeaway to leisurely lunches and dinners. Friday specials include $10 smash burgers, $15 chicken schnitzels and skewers, and $5 beers.
