YORU

YORU is Nobby Beach’s exciting new izakaya, offering a refined Japanese experience with a distinctive Korean twist, located on the Gold Coast Highway. The menu, designed for sharing, features a diverse range of dishes including fresh sashimi, popular 9+ wagyu skewers, Korean pancakes, bibimbap rice bowls and katsu. Guests can also enjoy charcoal-grilled yakitori, freshly shucked Coffin Bay oysters and soon, unique outdoor Korean BBQ tables. The drinks list complements the fusion concept with creative soju- and Japanese whisky-based cocktails, sake and a curated wine selection, with an omakase tasting menu also available.
