Zum Schilling brings authentic German cooking to Robina, operated by the long-standing Australian German Club. The menu centres on generous, traditional dishes cooked fresh to order, including golden schnitzels, classic sausages, leberkäse and a standout pork knuckle with crisp crackling and tender meat. German beer features prominently, with Weihenstephan on tap alongside bottled classics and seasonal festival pours. Designed as a more intimate expression of the club’s cooking, Zum Schilling offers hearty plates, cold beer and a welcoming neighbourhood feel, with a larger German beer hall set to follow at TEAK Mudgeeraba in 2027.
