German beer features prominently, with Weihenstephan on tap alongside bottled classics and seasonal festival pours. Designed as a more intimate expression of the club’s cooking, Zum Schilling offers hearty plates, cold beer and a welcoming neighbourhood feel, with a larger German beer hall set to follow at TEAK Mudgeeraba in 2027.
