The annual The Baking Industry Trade Show arrives to the Gold Coast Turf Club this month. Members of the public can enjoy food, live performances and much more at this free, three-day event. The showcase is hosted by the Baking Association of Australia and will feature national competitions for donuts, pies, pasties and artisan goods as well as a presentation for the National Apprentice Baking Awards. This years event will be attended by two international trade delegations, the baking associations of Taiwan and New Zealand.
