From Thursday to Sunday, Blues On Broadbeach will once again come alive with a huge free festival program to celebrate the festival’s 25th birthday. As one of Australia’s biggest blues music festivals, the event has showcased more than 600 artists since 2002, cementing its place as one of Australia’s largest music festivals.
This year, Blues On Broadbeach will bring 76 artists across 18 stages, including Ian Moss, Ruthie Foster, Robert Finley, The Bamboos, MonoNeon and Daddy Long Legs. The program also showcases leading Australian artists such as Minnie Marks, Lachy Doley Trio, Karen Lee Andrews, Emma Donovan and Kevin Borich Express. Program highlights include late-night supper sessions, where live blues meets curated food and drink experiences and the Sunday Ticket event, which will see The Teskey Brothers take to the stage for their long-awaited Blues On Broadbeach debut supported by Ash Grunwald and Emma Donovan.
For four days of rhythm, soul and blues, Blues On Broadbeach will continue its legacy of nurturing talent this weekend while celebrating its major 25-year milestone.
