Dust off your sunnies and wax up your boards – the Burleigh Heads Single Fin Festival is back and bigger than ever. From Friday to Sunday, Burleigh’s iconic headland will transform into a high-energy celebration of classic surfing, coastal culture and pure summer vibes.

Now in its 29th year, this legendary festival brings together the best of the best, with 96 Open Men, 24 Junior Boys and 24 Women charging Burleigh’s famous right-hander on 40-year-old single fin surfboards. Expect explosive performances as local heroes go fin-to-fin with some of the biggest names in world surfing, all riding vintage sticks that demand style, skill and serious nerve.

Presented by Billabong and Gage Roads, the festival is more than just a surf comp, it’s a weekend-long party by the sea. With buzzing crowds, beachside energy and waves peeling all day long, there’s no better place to soak up the ultimate Gold Coast summer.
