Sofia’s is hosting an exclusive evening with acclaimed Geelong winery By Farr, recently named Winery of the Year 2025, for a culinary experience that celebrates elegance, craftsmanship and cool-climate excellence. Guests will indulge in a five-course set menu paired with seven exceptional wines from this iconic family-run vineyard, renowned for producing world-class Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from the Moorabool Valley.

The evening begins with an arrival pour of Farr Rising Saingee 2024 Rosé, setting the tone for a night of refined flavour and thoughtful pairings. The first course presents a delicate crudo with house-fermented chilli and citrus gel, matched with Chardonnay By Farr 2022 and Chardonnay By Farr 2023. From there, a pan-seared scallop with caramelised apple purée and prosciutto meets the vibrant lift of Farr Rising Pinot Noir 2022.

A decadent potato cube with slow-braised beef cheek and beef jus is expertly paired with Farriside By Farr Pinot Noir 2022, followed by a comforting mushroom and parmesan risotto alongside the acclaimed By Farr Sangreal Pinot Noir 2022. To finish, guests will enjoy a strawberry-compote–filled meringue with freeze-dried raspberries and basil gel, served with RP By Farr 2022.
