This winter, Pearls Bar invites you to indulge in an elegant high tea experience that sparkles in every sense. In a glamorous partnership with Calleija Jewellers, this limited-edition offering blends exquisite bites with diamond-inspired details, served daily from June 1 to August 31 against the backdrop of sweeping ocean views. To top off the luxurious afternoon, every guest enters the draw to win a luxury prize package, including a handcrafted Tahitian pearl and diamond pendant necklace by Calleija Jewellers and a two-night oceanfront escape at Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort, Gold Coast.
High-tea guests are welcomed with a Sapphire Sour cocktail before settling in for a refined selection of savouries, including salmon caviar with a lemon and dill cream-cheese tart, smoked chicken and tarragon mayo on brioche, prosciutto with heirloom tomatoes and herbs on rye, Nimbin Valley Black Cow cheese with candied walnuts and infused honey, and champagne-compressed watermelon topped with Persian fetta and mint.
The sweets shine just as brightly – a blueberry and orange-scented creme tart, sparkling rosé and coconut jelly, vanilla and white-chocolate pearl macarons, strawberry and cream cheesecake, glazed guava mousse and freshly baked scones with all of the trimmings.
