On Sunday April 5, Byron Bay’s The Farm will throw its first ever Easter Show, merging classic Easter activities like egg hunts with a bit of farm chaos set in the lush macadamia orchard.
The day’s festivities kick off at 9:30 am with a massive free egg hunt, one The Farm insists will be their biggest ever, with lots of hiding spots on the property and plenty of eggs to go around. Once the last egg is found, the Easter Show begins at 11:30 am, bringing skilled stock horses, lively working dogs, whip-cracking, fire trick ponies, western dressage performances by Equi Kids and a few surprise moments to keep guests on their toes.
The day will also feature flame-cooked food from Three Blue Ducks, live music, animal feeding, pony rides and plenty of space for the kids to run wild and wander. The event is wheelchair accessible, offers free entry for kids under three and welcomes leashed dogs for a relaxed, family-friendly way to spend your Easter Sunday.
Tickets for the Easter Show are now sold out, but you can join the waiting list here. Any available tickets will be up for grabs at the gate on the day.
