First Wave of Summer Festival

Kickstart the season at Broadwater Parklands with a free afternoon of live music, mates and footy finals. Expect the chaotic surf-punk energy of Dune Rats, UK electronic heavyweight Example, dancefloor fave Tenzin, punk rockers The Bennies, plus GREG (the new project from Toby Cregan of Skegss) and rising star Kessin. As the sun sets, the vibe shifts to the NRL Grand Final live on the big screen, complete with cold pours from Black Hops Brewing, boozy ice-blocks, Red Bull and plenty of eats. Entry is free but registration is essential.
