Mark your calendars for Saturday June 7 – the HOTA Hawker Night Market is back to transform the precinct into a bustling Southeast Asian-inspired food market, and curb those winter blues with steaming-hot dumplings, sizzling stir-fries and piping-hot noodle bowls.
More than 150 stalls will line the picturesque Evandale Lake side of the precinct for the ultimate open-air feast, inspired by the bustling hawker centres of Southeast Asia. From 4:00 pm, HOTA will be glowing with lanterns and buzzing with bites from across the globe – think sizzling seafood, delicious dumplings, fiery noodles, tasty banh mi, skewers, bubble tea and more.
Market-goers can wander through rows of artisan stalls with handmade goodies, enjoy live music from local bands, spot roving street performers and enjoy live performances by Chinese lion dancers.
