Ink Gin celebrates 10 years with Rosella’s Bar

Cheers to a decade of colour, creativity and cocktails! To celebrate 10 vibrant years, Ink Gin is teaming up with Burleigh’s beloved Rosella’s Bar for a month-long toast to art, flavour and local flair. Inspired by the joyful explosion of colour in Ken Done’s artwork, Rosella’s co-owner Jack Connor has crafted Spring Flowers — a dazzling mix of Ink Gin, White Flower Vermouth, Elderflower Liqueur and Peach Verjuice, finished with a delicate hand-painted icing frangipani on every glass.

Born just down the road in the Tweed Valley, Ink Gin became a global sensation as the world’s first colour-changing gin — and this birthday celebration brings that playful spirit home. From Friday 15 to Sunday 17 November, Ink’s shouting the first round at Rosella’s! But there’s a twist — you’ll need the secret password, revealed only via Ink Gin’s Instagram. Sip, smile, and celebrate spring — Ink-style!
