Mayo de Mexico at Norté

Latin American dining destination Norté is spicing things up this May, launching an exclusive Monday-to-Thursday menu to celebrate the bold flavours of Mexico.

Diners are invited to experience Sabor de México – a flavour-packed $55 banquet menu that spotlights corn, the cornerstone ingredient of Mexican cuisine. Served every Monday to Thursday evening during May, the set menu is designed to showcases the depth and versatility of corn with exciting Mexican dishes.

The banquet opens with a charred pea and cotija chalupa paired with sobrasada, followed by a show-stopping large plates like grilled kingfish collar alla veracruzana, braised cabbage with salsa macha and pecorino, and a side of house-made heritage corn tortillas. To finish, guests will enjoy a baked masa biscuit with sweet-corn ice-cream and caramelised corn ganache. To elevate the experience, optional beverage flights will be available throughout the month, spotlighting premium Mexican wines, cocktails and a weekly rotation of rare agave spirits.
