Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort Gold Coast is adding a touch of sparkle to autumn, teaming up with Moët & Chandon for a limited-time seasonal high tea at Pearls Bar.
The exclusive experience begins with a glass of Moët on arrival before moving onto a refined spread of sweet and savoury bites, each one nodding to the warmth and richness of the season.
Expect delicate patisserie offerings like raspberry and roasted-almond financiers, crisp lychee choux with strawberry ganache and vibrant dragon-fruit macarons, alongside champagne-glazed cherries for a burst of flavour.
The savoury selection is equally enticing, with delights from sesame-crusted tuna with wakame and shichimi togarashi mayo on a tapioca crisp to honey pumpkin tarts topped with Persian fetta, dill and pomegranate. Smoked-turkey wraps layered with cranberry mayo, beetroot and triple-cream brie sit alongside deliciously soft brioche buns filled with egg, chive and watercress, and French-style tartines topped with prosciutto, caramelised figs, raspberry and Nimbin Valley goats cheese.
