Mo’s Desert Clubhouse 6th Birthday FREAKSHOW

Burleigh’s most iconic live music venue, Mo’s Desert Clubhouse, is celebrating their upcoming sixth birthday with a four-day-long bender headlined by electric acts from the Gold Coast and beyond. The long weekend of beer-soaked raving will culminate on Saturday afternoon, transforming into a stacked mini-festival.

Adelaide noise creators, Testeagles, kick off the party on Thursday October 9, priming the celebrations with their rhythm-heavy rock and rule-breaking tendencies. The Freakshow will keep ramping up on Friday, as Brisbane local Sycco stuns the crowd with her electronic indie ballads.

On Saturday the party extends to Mo’s carpark and warehouse, with additional DJ sets taking over 8 Mile Yacht Club. The carpark will activate into a two-stage arena to host The Delta Riggs, Seaside, LOS SCALLYWAGGS, Selve, CAKES, Rinser, and Fast Johnny & The Slow Burners tearing up the stage in a all night celebration.

Food trucks on site and all ages entry until  6 pm mean you can bring the whole crew along to celebrate Mo’s six years of live music pioneering. There will also be a Freakshow dress theme, games, prizes and Mo’s signature madhouse energy as the partying hits its peak.

Melbourne band, King Parrot will be tearing up its metal grind-core anthems to close the party out with a bang on Sunday night.
