Paradise Centre: Dive into Christmas

Paradise Centre is turning the festive dial all the way up with a three-day Christmas takeover from Friday December 12 to Sunday December 14. Expect a beachside buzz, extended shopping hours and festive antics popping up at every turn. From 1:00–4:00 pm each day, the free Christmas Beach Baub-BALL Workshops outside Newsextra invite kids (and crafty grown-ups) to decorate their own baubles, with Paradise Centre’s merry helpers roaming for giggles, photos and glittery cheer.

Once the sun starts to dip, the vibe ramps up. On Friday and Saturday nights, fire twirlers and LED dancers will shimmer through the precinct from 6:00–9:00 pm, adding a little after-dark magic to your shopping or dinner plans. Christmas Flicks & Fireworks hits the Surfers Paradise beachfront on Friday and Saturday nights, with twilight markets, free 7:00 pm movies (The Santa Clause and Elf) and sparkling 8:30 pm fireworks.
