Known across the Gold Coast for his refined Italian technique, slow-fermented doughs and private-chef experiences that book out weeks in advance, Stefano is bringing his culinary magic to the bakery’s waterside outpost for a cosy, communal Italian feast.
On Saturday December 6 from 5:00 pm, the long tables at Burleigh Baker will transform into a rustic, family-style dining setting for an $80 per person shared set menu, built around one hero philosophy: eat pasta, feel good. Stefano’s naturally matured dough – gut-friendly, slow-developed and deeply flavourful – will be the star of the evening, showcased through handmade shapes, seasonal sauces and an emphasis on simple, honest Italian cooking done exceptionally well.
