Penfolds and T’ang Court at The Langham Gold Coast have unveiled an indulgent eight-course Cantonese pairing experience that brings together contemporary Cantonese cooking and thoughtfully matched wines. Priced at $199 per person the degustation showcases signature dishes including Xiao Long Bao three ways and a Cantonese BBQ duck platter and Sichuan mala chicken and sweet and sour Bangalow pork and stir-fried Imperial Blossom Wagyu tenderloin with each course paired to a complementary Penfolds wine selected by the in-house sommelier.
