Pink Ribbon Spring High Tea

In celebration of spring, Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort Gold Coast has unveiled its indulgent, pink-hued high tea experience.

From October 1 to November 20, Sheraton’s Pearls Bar will be hosting the Pink Ribbon Spring High Tea in support of the National Breast Cancer Foundation, where five dollars from every booking will donated to fund life-changing breast-cancer research and community programs.

The seaside culinary escape invites guests to wear a touch of pink to support the cause, while treated to a decadent spread of sweet and savoury offerings and refreshing beverages. Those with a sweet tooth can expect delicate morsels including rose and vanilla eclair, belgian white chocolate & raspberry macaroons and lemon-butter-curd tarts on the menu, while savoury offerings include spiced-prawn cocktails, prosciutto and pear remoulade and roast-turkey sandwiches. Upon arrival, guests are treated to a welcome drink of Moët Impérial Rosé with an unlimited selection of herbal tea and fresh coffee available.

Pearls Bar’s elevated dining area offers spectacular views of Main Beach’s tropical gardens and pristine beaches, making it a picturesque location to welcome springtime while dining for a cause.
