Pony rides, chocolate eggs and a marina-wide scavenger hunt are set to take over Sanctuary Cove as the annual Easter Egg-stravaganza returns to The Marine Village on Sunday April 5. From 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, the waterfront precinct will transform into a hub of all-ages activities, sweet treats and live entertainment – the perfect family outing for Easter Sunday.
Kids can enjoy train rides, meet animals at the petting zoo, have their faces painted and spot the Easter Bunny roaming the village. Little explorers can join in on the Easter Scavenger Adventure and follow clues through the precinct to uncover hidden surprises, collecting a chocolate egg at the end of their quest.
Pop-up performers will keep the energy high as families explore the village, with something happening around every corner. For those wanting to elevate the experience, a limited $20 VIP Easter Experience includes a private meet-and-greet with the Easter Bunny, time with Pickles the real-life bunny, a take-home chocolate treat, a drink or ice-cream voucher and a gift bag.
Across the precinct, cafes, restaurants and boutiques will be open throughout the day, giving families plenty to explore between activities.
