Scenic Rim Eat Local Month, Queensland’s ultimate paddock-to-plate celebration, returns this June to serve up a whole month of flavour, fun and farm-fresh experiences. From May 30 to June 29, more than 100 events will transform the Scenic Rim into a huge culinary celebration, showcasing the best local produce while bringing the farm-to-table experience to life.

With more than 40 long lunches, 60 on-farm adventures and 45 family-friendly activities, the Scenic Rim Eat Local Month 2025 program has something for everyone – and it’s all just an hour’s drive from Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Each weekend, Scenic Rim Eat Local Month focuses on a different area, making the events easily doable in a day trip, or over a weekend-long getaway.

There’s exclusive long-lunch events like the Italian-themed La Dolce Vita Soiree at Sarabah Estate and the Chefs in the Country lunch at Spicers Hidden Vale, family-friendly adventures like Veggie Picking with the Farmer at Valley Pride Produce and Campfire Cookout and Nature Play. Dine under the stars at the Twilight by the Fire: A Long-Table Winter Feast at Mrs Frost’s Kitchen, indulge in the Smoke and Mirrors feast at sixth-generation Tommerup’s Dairy Farm, discover deliciousness at the Fermented Food Festival and enjoy a night of line-dancing and country hospitality at the Harvest Hoedown in Kalbar.
