The Smurfs Free Activity Centre at The Strand at Coolangatta

Get ready for a week of bright blue fun these school holidays at The Strand at Coolangatta.

From July 8–12, the beloved little blue crew is taking over the beachside dining and retail precinct with The Smurfs Free Activity Centre – a five-day bonanza of craft and creativity for little ones. Located on Level 1 of The Strand (outside Timezone), this free holiday program runs daily from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm and offers a different Smurf-themed activity each day.

Kids can kick off the week by decorating their own Smurf frisbees and colourful sipper cups (Tuesday and Friday), then return to get creative with Smurf house ‘food’ (Thursday and Saturday). Wednesday is all about crafting custom sipper cups to take on their next big adventure.

The fun doesn’t stop there! Five life-size Smurf statues are hidden throughout The Strand waiting to be found – perfect for a photo trail with favourites like Smurfette, Handy and Farmer Smurf. Why not make a day of it? Start with a fluffy short stack up at Pancake Diner, get creative at The Smurfs Activity Centre, then head to Cinebar Cinemas to catch the brand-new Smurfs movie on the big screen.
