Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort, Gold Coast is serving up serious winter indulgence with two deliciously good reasons to book a table at its much-loved Terraces Restaurant. From June 1 to August 31, locals and guests alike can enjoy limited-time winter pricing on two of the restaurant’s celebrated dining rituals – the famed Seafood Buffet and the indulgent Free-Flowing Weekend Brunch.

A favourite among seafood lovers and long lunchers, Terraces Restaurant is known for its light-filled dining room, elegant lagoon views and generous buffet spreads that celebrate the best local produce and trawler-fresh catches. On Thursday nights, Gold Coast locals can feast for less with 20 percent off the signature Seafood Buffet – that means just $76 for adults (normally $95) and $38 for kids (normally $47.50). Expect a decadent seafood spread with oysters, Balmain bugs, tiger prawns, snow crabs, seared barramundi and more, plus interactive live stations serving traditional carvery meats. A dedicated cheese and charcuterie spotlights Nimbin Valley Dairy’s finest, while the decadent dessert bar features everything from hot puddings to creme brulee and tiramisu.

If brunch is more your vibe, the Free-Flowing Weekend Brunch at Terraces Restaurant brings a fresh twist on the signature seafood buffet every Saturday and Sunday from 12:00–3:00 pm. For $99 per person (normally $110) guests can enjoy the sumptuous buffet as well as a series of brunch favourites curated by chef Christopher Dodds – think pork-belly bao, chicken and waffles, pumpkin and pine nut quiche and more – all served alongside bottomless mimosas, wine and beer.
