Paper Daisy – recently crowned home to Australia’s Best Cocktail List – is serving up a birthday paloma for just $10 throughout October. Crisp, refreshing and unapologetically festive, it’s the perfect poolside sip to kick off an afternoon in Halcyon’s pastel playground.

From 3:00 pm daily, the venue dials up the fiesta vibes with a Mexican-inspired bar menu and a rotating roster of margaritas.
