Norté Carnaval is bringing flavour, fire and festival energy to Nobby Beach
If your idea of a perfect Saturday night involves open flames, flowing cocktails and a soundtrack that makes it impossible to sit still, clear your calendar. On Saturday February 21, Norté is transforming into a high-energy celebration inspired by Latin America’s most iconic festival, with its one-night-only Norté Carnaval event.
From 5:00 pm, Norté switches into full party mode, with samba dancers, DJs and vibrant energy transforming dinner into an all-night celebration.
On the plate, it’s all about fire and flavour. Guests can dive into authentic churrasco feasts, with Brazilian-style barbecue skewers of wagyu beef cooked over open flames and sliced fresh to order. The menu leans into Norté’s signature Latin influence, balancing bold, smoky meats with vibrant sides and share-style energy.
Dessert gets its own moment in the spotlight, too. The finale comes in the form of a Margarita-inspired creation featuring salted pavlova, lime sorbet, tequila, agave and kaffir lime. It’s part sweet, part zesty, and entirely designed to keep the party mood going.

At the bar, things stay equally festive. Caipirinhas will be flowing in four flavours, from classic lime through to mango, kiwi and raspberry, alongside a line-up of Latin American-inspired cocktails that are made for slow sipping and repeat rounds.
As the evening unfolds, the Agave Bar DJs will take over downstairs, setting the pace with Latin beats and late-night energy. Then, when you’re ready to keep the night rolling, follow the music up the red staircase to Sueño Rooftop, where the after-party kicks off under the open sky with more cocktails, more DJs and a distinctly celebratory vibe.
