The Glo House, a fully transparent venue space, is coming to Roma Street Parkland
Roma Street Parkland will soon be home to Brisbane’s most exciting new event venue thanks to the creative minds behind Glo Events, one of the city’s leading event planners. The Glo House will be Brisbane’s first and only all-glass venue, and will be available for events by the end of 2025.
Launching this October, The Glo House will highlight the natural and serene garden views of our beloved inner-city parklands by being completely transparent. Literally. Inspired by the panoramic designs of greenhouses and conservatories, The Glo House is a completely glass-walled pavilion designed to immerse patrons in the park’s rolling garden atmosphere by day and its glittering starry skies by night.
This premium venue is so much than just a pretty greenhouse. Completely fitted out with an AV and sound system, capacity for 400 guests, high-spec finish and year-round climate control, The Glo House is fully prepared to provide stellar hosting even in Queensland’s brutal summer heat.
Pete Cunningham and Anthony Ikin, the founders of Glo Events, have extensive experience in the arena of entertainment, with credits including Married at First Sight, Vanderpump Rules, The Real Housewives, and a soloist dance career at Paris’ Moulin Rouge, respectively.
