Brisbane French dining stalwart Thierry Galichet is back with Pas de Chichi, a relaxed French-style bistro in The Valley. Drawing on his experience at much-loved former restaurants Montrachet and La Cache à Vin, the menu includes classic French fare spanning foie gras, escargots, bouillabaisse, steak frites and confit duck, alongside a curated wine list with a strong Burgundy and Champagne focus. With a warm, convivial atmosphere, old-school hospitality and a menu that evolves every couple of months, Pas de Chichi keeps things simple: good food, good wine and no fuss.
