West End is now home to a new integrated fitness and wellness hub, Function Well. The $15 million flagship marks the second location for founders Darren and Natasha Bain, who continue to pave the way for holistic fitness and HYROX training.
The newly opened state-of-the-art facility is designed as a hub that blends performance, restoration and lifestyle. Located in the West Village precinct, the venue spans four luxuriously designed floors, featuring a 24/7 gym, five custom studios, a heated yoga room, reformer Pilates and functional training sessions.
“We’ve always believed in a holistic approach, where community and results sit at the core of everything we do. What excites us now is bringing that philosophy to a new level within a true all-in-one lifestyle destination,” said Darren.
“Our team is incredibly proud and excited to officially open the doors and welcome the West End community into something truly unique.”
A Function Well membership grants access to industry-leading recovery services, including massage therapy, red light therapy, a recovery cave, private recovery suites and a dedicated restoration zone featuring a sauna, compression boots, and hot and cold plunges.
As if that wasn’t enough, the centre is also an official HYROX training club, making it a go-to destination for the global fitness movement.
The hub completes its lifestyle offering with a premium business and social lounge, giving members a space to connect or catch up on work.
Rounding out the experience is nutrient-led Turkish cafe, Sureyya Kahve. From the team behind KAILO Wellness Medispa, it reinforces Function Well’s longstanding commitment to nutrition as a key part of the luxury wellness experience.
