Homecorp unveils the second stage of Cienna Varsity Ridge by adding another 289 apartments
Like much of the Gold Coast, Varsity Lakes is an area experiencing significant growth, with new developments shaping its landscape. Among these is Cienna Varsity Ridge, a multi-stage apartment project by Homecorp. Following its successful first stage, which delivered 257 apartments in 2023, Stage Two is now launching, introducing an additional 289 apartments.
Cienna Varsity Ridge aims to offer a modern living experience. Currently under construction and slated for completion in 2027, Stage Two of Cienna Varsity Ridge will feature two striking towers, rising 12 and 14 storeys respectively offering a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.
Designed for lifesyle, Cienna Varsity Ridge incorporates a range of on-site facilities intended for residents’ use. These amenities include a sun-drenched resort-style pool deck with a sauna and steam room, alongside a fitness centre. For recreation, there are games rooms designed for both children and adults, equipped with arcade games and a pool table. Outdoor spaces include a private dog park. For work or relaxation, residents will have access to a residents-only lounge and co-working office spaces. Another notable feature is the private rooftop BBQ area, which offers views towards the Surfers Paradise skyline and the Gold Coast hinterland.

As with most Gold Coast suburbs right now, parking in Varisty Lakes has drawn significant attention with Homecorp incorporating 44 additional car parking spaces for the community in Stage Two, including 20 extra resident and visitor spaces, plus 24 publicly accessible spots. Each apartment will also have its own dedicated parking.
