In news that’s set to shake and stir the Gold Coast dining scene, newly launched Australian distilled agave spirit brand Beudi is taking over one of the city’s most acclaimed venues, Restaurant Labart, for a cheeky pop-up that’s worlds apart from the venue’s usual refined fare. For one-day-only, Burleigh’s sophisticated fine diner will loosen its collar, swapping elegant share plates for pub classics with a Labart twist, paired with cocktails showcasing Beudi’s bold, homegrown spirit.

Pub vibes, but make it Labart. On Sunday September 14, the Burleigh fine diner is going full pub mode for Beudi’s first-ever takeover. While the complete menu is still under wraps, we’re told to expect familiar favourites given the Restaurant Labart treatment – think a reimagined chicken parmi, a stacked beef burger with the lot, and a clever twist on the classic spring roll. The team will keep things fun and familiar, but with the finesse you’d expect from one of the coast’s best kitchens.

Of course, the drinks are where Beudi shines. Expect a line-up of inventive cocktails anchored by the brand’s agave-based spirits, including an epic tableside serve of Beudi’s take on the classic pub squash – a bright, citrus-forward concoction of Beudi Blanco, bush limoncello and bubbles.

The collab is more than just a menu swap – it’s a mash-up of Labart’s boundary-pushing creativity with Beudi’s playful, modern spirit, designed for long lunches, fun-filled dinners and nights that blur into cocktail hours. For those who know Labart’s reputation, seeing it take on pub fare is reason enough to book a seat. Add in the buzz of Beudi’s debut, and you’ve got one of the most exciting pop-ups of spring. Tickets are $20 and includes a Beudi margi on arrival. Nab a seat here.
