Wine pairings, plate smashing and authentic food – Meltemi Mediterrania transforms into a one-night-only dining experience
This August, an exclusive and immersive dining experience is coming to one of Broadbeach’s most elevated venues for a cultural celebration of exceptional food and wine. Entertainment is launching its inaugural Wine Dinner Series as part of Decadent Dining Month, with one of the series events taking over Meltemi Mediterrania in Broadbeach on Tuesday August 11.
As part of a curated series of six events across Australia and Auckland, Dining Decadence Month marks more than three decades of the brand’s celebration of Australian dining culture, with the Gold Coast’s Meltemi Mediterrania getting the full Greek treatment.
Come August, dines can enjoy a warm Mediterranean welcome as Entertainment simulates an exclusive evening in Greece with this special one-night-only event. Featuring a three-course Greek-inspired banquet, with each course expertly paired with premium Howard Vineyard wines, this Dining Decadence invites diners to leave winter behind and escape to a summer evening in Greece. Diners can expect taramasalata, tiropita topped with whipped fetta and honey, mussels saganaki and rotisserie sovereign lamb shoulder with lemon potatoes, Aegean slaw and warm pita.
