Brisbane’s most diverse food hub is dialling up the heat. This June, the Sunnybank Food Trail returns to the southside suburb to celebrate 12 years of authentic Asian cuisines and affordable deals. The foodie festival has become one of the most cherished food events in Southeast Queensland, and on Saturday June 27, Sunnybank will transform into a one-day journey through the flavours of Asia.

Every year, the Sunnybank Food Trail attracts thousands of hungry locals, and it’s not hard to see why. With a varied lineup of more than 45 restaurants and vendors across Sunnybank serving up tasting plates of their signature dishes – all priced between $2 and $5 – the choose-your-own-adventure outing remains one of the best value food events in the state. Offering an immersive way to explore the precinct’s authentic flavours, visitors can find Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, Taiwanese and Hong Kong cuisines on the trail, from dumplings and bubble tea to barbecue pork buns and sizzling skewers.

The free-entry community event is running from 2:00–8:00 pm on Saturday, with lion dancing, live music and kids’ zones bringing the full festival atmosphere to life. There’ll also be the chance to win an exciting holiday with EVA Air.

The full festival menu and lineup will be dropping soon, so get ready to start planning your trail for Sunnybank Food Trail’s biggest year yet.
